Following last week’s resignation of Jo Johnson (reported here), the UK Government reported yesterday the appointment of Chris Skidmore as Minister of State for Universities, Science, Research and Innovation and today confirmed that his responsibilities include IP – see here.  Mr Skidmore was previously IP Minister between 5 December 2018 and 25 July 2019.
