The new Expert Panel (established by the UPC Preparatory Committee to advise its Chairman and working group co-ordinators) consists of 14 members, these being lawyers, judges, patent attorneys and business representatives – details HERE.  The Expert Panel’s first meeting will be on 26 September 2014 in London.
