On 23 June a joint presentation (in London and by webinar link) has been organised by the UK IPO, CIPA and IP Federation to discuss the UPC court fees and costs recovery consultation, and the background to the consultation and its contents. The consultation is open for comments until 31 July 2015 (see link)  The event will be chaired by Carol Arnold (President IP Federation) and speaking will be: Mr Justice Birss, Kevin Mooney (Chair of UPC Rules Committee), Richard Vary (Nokia) and Bristows’ Partner, Alan Johnson.

The London event will take place on the 23 June 2015 from 18:00-19:30 at the Allen & Overy Offices (Allen  & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD).
