In the last few days, a new version of the draft rules of procedure has been circulating on the web. This version has not been approved by the rules committee, however, and is likely to be subject to further change. The 14^th draft therefore remains the latest approved draft. As soon as the 15th draft is officially released, we will post it in our legislation and documents section.
