Having approved in principle in its meeting on 9 December 2014 all but one of the draft Rules relating to Unitary Patent Protection, the Select Committee has now published a consolidated version of the Rules (including explanatory notes) – here.  The one draft Rule not yet approved in principle (Rule 25) relates to cover for expenditure incurred by the EPO and the Select Committee will discuss this in the framework of budgetary and financial issues.
