The Preparatory Committee has today published new draft rules for qualification for the European Patent Litigation Certificate (EPLC, needed to represent clients in the UPC) which will be open for comment for 6 weeks – comments to be sent to secretariat@unified-patent-court.org by midnight on 25 July 2014.
