The Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the UPC Preparatory Committee have published a short Christmas message (here) reflecting on a few key milestones in 2013, including having launched the public consultation on the draft Rules of Procedure, commenced a process for selecting judges, and agreed the procurement of an electronic filing and case management system.
