A few weeks ago it was reported on the website of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) that the site was being remodelled and would be launched on 7 November. The new site is now live, with the same url: https://www.unified-patent-court.org.

More content will be added to the site during the sunrise period, and there will be a further update when the Court opens (with the facility to search for cases). As reported here, the latest estimate is still that the sunrise period (during which opt-outs can be registered) will start during December, and the Court will open on 1 April.
