A new 18th draft of the Rules of Procedure for the Unified Patent Court is now available and can be found here.  The 18th draft, as discussed by the Legal Group of the Preparatory Committee and the Drafting Committee on 25 and 26 June 2015 and dated 1 July 2015, is subject to further possible change and will still need to be finally adopted by the UPC Preparatory Committee in Autumn 2015.
