The Preparatory Committee has now published the 18th version of the Rules of Procedure on its website here. As mentioned in our previous news item of 21 October 2015, the text is still subject to further amendments resulting from the court fees consultation, but can now provide a foundation for the court and the future training of the judges of the UPC.

The agreed text has been subject to the scrutiny of the Legal Working Group and the Drafting Committees of the Preparatory Committee and has acknowledged the comments of participants in the written procedure and oral hearing stages of the process.
