Article 19(1) of the UPC Agreement specifies Budapest as the location which will provide the facilities for the training framework for UPC judges. The Hungarian IP Office has announced that on 13 and 14 March 2014 the Training Centre building will be inaugurated, and, in conjunction with this, a conference (including discussion on the training of UPC judges) will be held in the Centre.
