The Unified Patent Court (UPC) has published Practical information on how to correct SPC data with a “how-to-guide”. The guide informs users of the current workflow on the CMS for the correction of supplementary protection certificate (SPC) data related to an opted-out patent. The UPC states it is working on improving this workflow. The guide also sets out the current process for consulting corrected data.
