The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany (Bundesverfassungsgericht, BVerfG) has today published here a list of cases for 2018.   The complaint against the legislation enabling Germany to ratify the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPC), case reference 2 BvR 739/17,  is included in cases before the Second Senate, with Justice Huber as rapporteur.
