Two draft bills, one making it possible for Germany to ratify the Unified Patent Court Agreement and the other to implement the Unitary patent system into German law, are listed to come before the Bundestag (German parliament) next Thursday, 23 June 2016.  This follows the publication of draft legislation in February (reported here).
