Following the CJEU’s press release (here) today announcing that its Advocate General Yves Bot proposes that the Court should dismiss Spain’s actions in both cases C-146/13 and C-147/13 (commonly referred to as the “second Spanish challenge” to the UPC system), the Advocate General’s opinion in each case is now available (here and here), initially in many languages although not English. We will report further on the Opinions shortly.
