It will be remembered that a version of the 15^th draft Rules of Procedure dated 29 April 2013 was leaked into the public domain about six weeks ago.  The official version of that draft has now been passed to the Commission by the Rules Committee.  It is expected that this version will then be adopted by the UPC Preparatory Committee as its first draft and put out to public consultation.  The new draft will be made available on our site under “legislation and documents” as soon as possible, and an analysis of the changes will appear shortly thereafter.
